Born from an idea to get the ‘girls’ out fishing, the Better Half Tour is a bass fishing circuit that’s now growing strong in its eight season.

Chautauqua Lake steps up again to host the Better Half Tour’s 3rd annual Weekend Getaway bass fishing tournament. This premier mixed team bass fishing tournament was born of the idea of investing quality time together (in a boat) with a “significant other” or another special person. Husband and wife. Mother and son. Father and daughter. Neighbors. You get the idea.

The 3rd Annual Weekend Getaway will be held at Long Point State Park on July 27, 2019 from 8:00am- 3:00pm. This bass fishing tournament is a catch and release tournament, with all fish caught being immediately returned to the lake to thrill another angler.
